This blog is by, for, and about information architects and other user experience professionals, particularly those intrigued by the notion of “experience integration” between virtual and physical realms — for example, providing public library patrons with integrated access points between the library’s print collection and physical facility and the wide range of digital resources available today. The blog’s owner/facilitator, Michael Magoolaghan, works as an information architect for a large financial services firm. He also serves on the board of trustees for the Media-Upper Providence Free Library and has an abiding interest in public libraries.
